Senior Video Editor

We are looking for an editor who can take raw footage and turn it into something that makes people feel something — whether that is a 90-second brand film or a 4-minute wedding feature. You will own the post-production process from rough cut to final delivery.

What we are looking for
3+ years editing commercial or narrative video content
Fluent in Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
Strong instincts for pacing, music, and story structure
Motion graphics experience a bonus — After Effects
Production Assistant

The engine room of every shoot. You will help with gear prep, location logistics, on-set support, and anything else that keeps productions running on time and on budget. Great entry point for someone hungry to learn every aspect of production.

What we are looking for
Passionate about film and production — formal training not required
Highly organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable on location in all New England weather — yes, including February
Driver's license and own transport required
Drone Operator / Camera Op

We need certified drone pilots and camera operators for ongoing commercial, real estate, and event projects across New England. Freelance basis with potential for a longer-term arrangement for the right person.

What we are looking for
FAA Part 107 certified for drone ops, or strong camera operating reel
Experience with DJI Mavic 3 Pro or similar
Professional, client-facing manner on set
Own equipment preferred but not required
